The HazMat – Basic Training Certification is designed for employees
who handle, load, unload, prepare, or may be exposed to hazardous materials during
transportation. This training provides essential awareness-level knowledge needed to
recognize hazardous materials, understand required documentation, and follow proper safety
procedures.

This is an awareness-level course (not function-specific or security plan training)
and meets the training component of 49 CFR Part 172.704(a)(1).
