contemporaneous, articulable observations; proper documentation; testing timelines; refusal handling;

This course is intended for supervisors and managers who oversee drivers performing safety-sensitive functions.

Important:
This training does not authorize supervisors to interpret test results, handle testing devices,
or make medical determinations.
