Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the FleetXceed website and services (the “Service”).

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, govern your access to and use of the Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1) Who We Are

“FleetXceed”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the operator of this Service and the provider of the services offered through this website.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3) Services; Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and verified information. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, penalties, or outcomes resulting from incorrect or incomplete data submitted by you.

4) Orders; Processing Timeline

By placing an order, you authorize FleetXceed to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout.

In most cases, processing begins within 48 business hours after payment is received (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Typical processing time is 3–5 business days. If we require additional information, our team will contact you using the contact details you provided.

5) Third-Party Provider Disclaimer (No Government Affiliation)

FleetXceed is a private, independent third-party service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency, including the FMCSA, USDOT, or the UCR Plan. You may file directly with official government/plan portals where available.

THIS PRODUCT OR SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED OR ENDORSED BY ANY GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY, AND THIS OFFER IS NOT BEING MADE BY AN AGENCY OF THE GOVERNMENT.

Information provided through the Service is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

6) Pricing; Taxes; Bank Fees

Service fees are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time. Unless explicitly stated, prices do not include taxes.

International payment notice: This transaction may be processed as an international payment. Your bank/card issuer may charge foreign transaction fees and/or currency conversion fees. These fees are charged by your bank, not FleetXceed.

If your payment is declined: Please ensure international transactions are enabled on your card/account and contact your bank/card issuer for authorization or limits. You may also try an alternate payment method.

7) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, or use the Service for unlawful activities.

8) Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Service are owned by FleetXceed or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9) Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Government/third-party fees are non-refundable once submitted.

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee approval, acceptance, or specific outcomes.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FleetXceed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

If liability is imposed, FleetXceed’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to FleetXceed for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is lower.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FleetXceed from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of inaccurate or unlawful information.

13) Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number and/or email, you consent to receive transactional communications regarding your account, orders, compliance reminders, and service updates. Marketing messages will be sent only where permitted and/or where you opt in. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

14) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

15) Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under the SIAC Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted.

You and FleetXceed agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.

16) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
