This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through FleetXceed (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1) Refund Window

Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted within 25 days of payment, through our official contact channels (email or our website contact form). Requests submitted after the 25-day period may not be accepted.

2) When Our Service Fees Become Non-Refundable

FleetXceed provides time-sensitive compliance support and filing assistance. In many cases, once we have started preparing, processing, or submitting work related to your request, our service fees may become non-refundable.

This may apply even if an application or filing is rejected due to inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by you.

3) Government / Third-Party Fees

Any fees paid to government agencies or third-party portals (for example, fees paid through official filing portals such as UCR.gov) are non-refundable once submitted.

4) Processing Timeline

In most cases, work begins within 48 business hours after payment is received (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Typical processing time is 3–5 business days. If additional information is required, our team will contact you using the details provided on your order.

5) Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a concern about a transaction, please contact us first so we can help resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback may delay your service and may result in additional verification steps. We reserve the right to suspend processing while a dispute is under review.

6) How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method where possible, subject to payment processor and bank rules. Refund timing depends on your bank and payment method.

7) Bank Fees / Foreign Transaction Fees

Your bank or card issuer may charge fees (including foreign transaction fees or currency conversion fees). These charges are imposed by your bank/card issuer and are not charged or controlled by FleetXceed. Such fees are typically non-refundable by FleetXceed.
